Post updated May 28th, 2019
In this post I show you the best WordPress theme clubs currently on the market you need to sign up with if you wish to:
- Use one premium theme on multiple domains without paying for a license each time.
- Have at your disposal an entire collection of premium themes for use on any of your current and future sites (including clients’), for cheap.
- Change your site’s theme periodically to keep it fresh without paying for a new theme each time.
- Save time hunting for and evaluating premium WordPress themes from unfamiliar vendors each time you need one.
Entire Collection of WordPress Themes at Your Disposal
All of these theme clubs allow you to pay once to access an entire collection of premium themes for use on unlimited sites, with no licensing expiration date. Imagine paying just the cost of 2 to 3 premium themes upfront to get access to 60 or more themes that can be used on an unlimited number of domains. That’s the incredible value proposition of WordPress Bundles.
Premium Wordpress themes are great, though most of them on the market come with one huge limitation- 1 domain per license. Screw up and purchase the wrong theme, and you’ve just flushed $70 or more down the drain.
How many times have you anguished over which premium theme to purchase for your project in the face of multiple themes that all appear to be great candidates? And they all look awesome on the surface until you actually install it.
All this makes purchasing a Wordpress theme a very stressful affair, and one that usually ends in regret only after you’ve bought and installed the theme. I’ve been burnt many times from themes I’ve purchased on Theme Forest. I have at least a small handful of premium themes from there I’d like to sell you, because I realized they weren’t the right theme for my site only after my wallet became lighter.
These days, I rarely buy individual Wordpress themes. Instead, I simply joined a couple of Wordpress theme clubs (Elegant Themes, Themify, and Genesis to be exact). The biggest advantage of Wordpress theme clubs to me is the reasonable pricing model that takes the stress completely out of picking and using premium themes on my sites.
For the price of 2-3 standard premium themes, Wordpress Theme Clubs give me access to their entire bundle of premium themes to do as I please. I can test out and install multiple themes on 1 site, 2 sites, heck 10 sites once I get to that point, all without paying for it each time.
Now lest you wonder: "Why would Wordpress vendors open up their entire collection of premium themes for only the price of 2-3 themes?"
Well, marketing research has shown most webmasters purchase around 2-3 themes in their lifetime anyway. By asking for that commitment upfront, Wordpress theme clubs can turn a profit even if it means giving you everything they have to offer, including the kitchen sink.
For most of you reading this that have an active Wordpress site, or run multiple sites, Wordpress theme clubs are the way to go in my opinion. They are the least stressful, most economical way to procure and update your sites’ themes without paying a pretty penny each time. For me at least, they are game changers.

Apart from the consistency in quality of all of the templates, it comes with the powerful Divi Theme and Builder, a drag and drop visual builder that basically lets you craft your own perfect theme and posts with ease. The possibilities become endless with a little time put in. You don’t have to use the builder for every post, but for creating landing pages, testimonials, pricing tables, and a whole heap of common UI elements, there’s no faster way to do so without resorting to a bunch of 3rd party plugins that just weigh your site down.
Apart from 88+ themes, the bundle also comes with 3 high quality plugins for driving traffic to your site, which are Bloom Opt-In Email, Monarch Social Media Sharing, and Divi Leads for smart split testing anything on your site with detailed stats. The combination of the visual builder and all the high quality UI components makes it a piece of cake to customize any Themify theme, not to mention enhance your blog posts with bells and whistles.
Themify is often compared to Elegant Themes as one of the best WordPress theme clubs. In my opinion it really comes down to two things: 1) Which visual editor you prefer 2) Whether you need the powerful plugins afforded by Elegant Themes, such as Divi Leads.

- Portfolio
Pricing: $89 for 1 year access to updates. $249 for lifetime access to updates.
What’s Included: 41 Themes.
If you’re a Genesis framework fan or user, joining ZigZag Themes is almost a no brainer. They offer some of the highest quality Genesis themes outside of Studiopress, at a much cheaper lifetime cost than the later. Studiopress has gotten rather stagnant in my opinion, and it’s refreshing to see a third party theme club step up to the plate to offer alternative, great looking Genesis themes.
Like the Genesis framework itself, there’s more than meets the eye with ZigZag themes. Most come with extra templates and shortcodes that extend the native Genesis features in powerful ways. Combine the rock solid foundation of Genesis with the high quality themes offered by ZigZag, and you can be assured of a secure, SEO optimized and beautifully crated site from the start.

For the powerful features and rapid deployment however comes a pricing model that asks for a $19 monthly payment after an initial change of just under $300.

This is rather subjective, but MyThemeShop has the absolute best looking themes out of the box in my opinion. With over 111 themes and 31 premium plugins, each theme is meticulously crafted. It’s a shame they don’t have a lifetime pricing plan- to gain access to all of their themes and plugins, the upfront cost is $87, then $19 renewed monthly.
Apart from the high number of aesthetically pleasing, SEO friendly themes, what separates MyThemeShop apart from a lot of other vendors is also the awesome forum based support. I can attest that questions are answered usually in a few hours, as a member of the club.
Conclusion
As you can see, WordPress Theme Bundles offer tremendous value for the buck compared to many single license, single premium themes that can cost upwards of $70 each. For developers that will be using WordPress on more than one site, these bundles’ unrestricted, multiple domains licensing could potentially save you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. And that’s why in 2018, they are a smart investment for virtually anyone developing one or multiple sites using WordPress.
